Job Title: Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager

Job Description

The Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager will offer Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and backup solutions, to C-level IT executives mainly in the US and Canada. The role requires excellent presentation, communication, product knowledge, selling, closing skills, and team leadership to meet project objectives.

Requirements
  • Engage in daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings.
  • Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver online technical presentations confidently.
  • Build productive internal and external relationships, keeping colleagues updated.
  • Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical briefs.
  • Coordinate documentation with customers.
  • Follow up diligently to close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware components is essential.
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus.
  • Possess a sales-oriented attitude and expertise.
  • Ability to sell IT products to clients in the US and Canada.
  • Understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backups.
  • Package and price services/products according to client needs.
  • Demonstrate success in hitting sales targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities and close deals.
  • Build a pipeline with quality leads.
  • Establish confidence and build relationships with clients.
  • Interest in IT technology and industry.
  • Experience selling to C and D-level executives.
  • Curious about business operations and contribution to organizational success.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude with good humor.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Arrange and conduct product training.
Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B IT product sales in US, Canada, and EU markets.
  • Strong selling, closing, presentation, technical, leadership, and team management skills.
