About the program:

- Working Hours and Timings:Minimum 20 hours a week

As a Nayi Raah Associate, you will have the flexibility to manage your work responsibilities as mentioned within the agreed timings and for the duration of your contract. As a member of Channel Planning team, you will leverage cutting-edge data visualization and analysis tools, drive impactful business insights, and collaborate with cross-functional experts to shape strategic decisions in B2B division.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Ensure data accuracy, visualization clarity, and user-friendly reporting to support decision-making.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights.
- Analyze channel performance data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.Develop professional and data-driven presentations to communicate insights to management
- Dashboard Development & Data Visualization:
- Advanced Excel Reporting & Analysis:
- Create dynamic reports using Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
- Write and execute basic SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Work with structured datasets for improved data accuracy and reporting.
- PowerPoint Presentation & Business Insights:
- Summarize complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Channel Planning & Performance Tracking:
- Support business planning and forecasting by analyzing past trends and market data.
- Assist in optimizing sales channels by identifying performance gaps and areas of improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Products/Segments teams to align reporting with business goals.
- Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a structured, data-backed manner.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Work experience: 1-3 years in data analytics.
Potential Career Path:
Having gained experience in this position enables many diverse openings to the individual including vertical growth on a full-time employment role if the individual chooses. Possible avenues in other functional roles includes options in Channel Planning, GSM & Segments, Products & Solution.
Functional skills/Knowledge areas:
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
- Power BI expertise (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX calculations).
- PowerPoint skills (creating professional and impactful presentations).
- SQL query writing (basic knowledge preferred but not mandatory)
- Analytical & Logical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to convey data-driven insights clearly to business teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling and analyzing data.
