Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee with skills in Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel to support the HR team in building dynamic dashboards and automating reporting processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply data visualization and analytics skills in a real-world HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau to visualize key metrics (e.g., recruitment, turnover, performance).
- Use Advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA/macros, etc.) to streamline HR data workflows.
- Automate recurring reports and support data-driven decision-making within HR.
- Clean, structure, and validate data from different sources (HRIS, spreadsheets, ATS, etc.).
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand reporting needs and propose visual solutions.
- Document dashboards and automation processes for knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on experience in HR digital transformation and process automation.
- Exposure to real-time business challenges and collaborative problem-solving.
