Job Title: HR & Talent Coordinator (On-Site)

Location: Karachi – PECHS Area
Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT
Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a resourceful and driven HR & Talent Coordinator to help us grow and manage our team effectively. You'll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, coordinating remote/onsite contributors, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. This is a dynamic and collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys both people operations and task management.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Recruitment

– Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, etc.)

– Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate professionally

– Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers and full-time talent (local and international)

Freelancer & Influencer Team Coordination

– Recruit and onboard freelancers for influencer outreach roles

– Help manage remote teams and ensure smooth collaboration with team leads or managers

– Act as a key link between Rising Digitally internal team and external collaborators (freelancers, influencers)

Onboarding & Communication

– Onboard new hires with required tools, training access, and documents

– Maintain communication flow between teams and support internal scheduling

– Help create smoother systems for onboarding and internal process handling

Operational & Admin Support

– Maintain sheets, hiring databases, and campaign progress trackers

– Assist with reporting, planning, and ensuring accountability across teams

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication skills — both in writing (chat/email) and calls=
Can explain tasks and processes clearly to team members and new recruits

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Can take ownership of work and ensure deadlines are met
Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred
Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack/WhatsApp, and social platforms
Experience or interest in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus

Number of quality hires made monthly

Speed and effectiveness of onboarding

Communication smoothness across team

Freelancer retention and performance tracking

Weekly updates and reporting consistency

Job Specification:

Required Skill Set

To succeed in this role, you should have a mix of communication, organization, and coordination skills. We're not looking for someone with only HR knowledge, but someone who can take responsibility, work independently, and help us build a strong and smooth-running team.

Communication Skills
– Must be confident in talking and writing professionally (English + Urdu)
– Should be able to explain tasks clearly to others (calls, messages, emails)

Organizational Skills
– Can manage hiring sheets, trackers, and team databases
– Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once without missing details

People Skills
– Friendly, polite, and professional in dealing with candidates and team members
– Should know how to follow up and maintain good relationships

Tech & Tools
– Should know how to use Google Sheets, Docs, and basic Excel
– Familiar with communication tools like WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet
– Must be comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Upwork for hiring

Initiative & Responsibility
– Should be able to take ownership and meet deadlines
– Should be proactive in problem-solving and improving team systems

Bonus (Not Must, But a Plus)
– Any experience with influencer marketing, social media, or digital agencies
– Prior work in a startup or fast-paced environment

Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT (Hybrid – Remote & On-Site)

Our main working hours are in the evening, especially after 6 PM PKT. Since we work with international clients and teams, flexibility is important and timings may occasionally shift based on project needs or meetings.

This is a key coordination role — focused on hiring, onboarding, and helping us scale our influencer marketing operations. You'll be playing an important part in building and managing the backbone of our growing remote and onsite teams.

We currently have a mix of remote and on-site team members, and we plan to expand our in-office operations in the near future — so occasional availability for in-person work in Karachi is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or team management (Fresh grads with strong communication and drive may also apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Urdu)

Strong sense of responsibility — able to manage tasks, follow up, and ensure things get done

Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs, and communication tools like Slack, WhatsApp, and Zoom

Understanding of remote work culture, with the ability to coordinate both remote and in-office team members

Based in Karachi, with the ability to visit onsite when required
