Role Description

This is a contract role for a Manager HR, located on-site in the Lahore District. The Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks will also include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong employee relations and organizational development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
