Job Description: Business Development OfficerResponsibilities:
  1. Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
  4. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  7. Meet and exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Job Specification
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively close deals and secure contracts.
  3. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve goals.
  4. Solid understanding of the Marketing industry and its key players.
  5. Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
