The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and administrative functions within the organization. This role ensures the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, while also managing office administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Support organizational change and culture-building activities.
Administration:
- Oversee office facilities and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate internal services (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (licenses, audits, contracts).
- Manage travel arrangements, company events, and internal communication.
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents for senior management.
