Sales Account Management Role
This role is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer interface with respect to Service Delivery and Service Sales.
- Maintain contractual commitments and provide feedback on delivery performance.
- Develop a long-term strategic relationship with customers to enable new sales of solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of business.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience from Customer Services/Service Sales within the Telecom or similar industry.
- Customer Relation Management skills.
- Contract management skills.
- Good communication and people management skills, strong commercial orientation & entrepreneurial skills.
