**Key Responsibilities**
  • Assist international customers with their ecommerce website queries via email and/or chat.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.
  • Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat.
  • Document each customer query and resulting solution.
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with system information and process changes.
  • Able to handle objections and push backs from customers.
