We're looking for a talented Email & Chat Support Champion to join our Operations team and help us achieve this goal.
**Key Responsibilities**- Assist international customers with their ecommerce website queries via email and/or chat.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.
- Maintain swift responses to customers through email and/or chat.
- Document each customer query and resulting solution.
- Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the ecommerce website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with system information and process changes.
- Able to handle objections and push backs from customers.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have superb English communication skills with a U.S or UK accent, we'd love to hear from you.
