About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Zag Outsourcing as a Customer Service Manager for our outdoor advertising team. The successful candidate will be based in Karachi and will be responsible for leading our customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and Coordinate Teams: Oversee and direct the activities of our customer service teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  2. Ensure Quality and Productivity: Monitor and improve the quality and productivity of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  3. Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
  4. Manage Employee Performance: Appraise and manage the performance of your team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support where needed.
  5. Resolve Issues: Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or colleagues in a prompt and professional manner.
  6. Develop Team Skills: Identify areas for development and provide training and support to help your team members improve their skills and knowledge.
  7. Communicate Effectively: Ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and effective, using a variety of methods to engage with clients and colleagues.
  8. Meet Deadlines: Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
