Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our enterprise sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing complex sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the enterprise market
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND REVENUE INCREASE
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Engineering)
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and measurement
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
