US Customer Experience Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled US Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. You will also possess a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.
  • Collaborating and building relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Communicating back to customers, tracking, and resolving any issues regarding the service in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring a positive Customer Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.

Requirements for this role include:
  • A Levels/Intermediate or above.
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication.
  • American or neutral accent.
