Customer Success Happiness Analyst (German Speaking)
We seek passionate individuals who excel at nurturing customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
Your daily goal will be to wow our users with guidance and support, staying connected with your team while fostering continuous growth and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to InEvent clients via chat, email, and virtual calls, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction on all queries.
- Identify issues with customers, investigate queries, and report findings and potential improvements to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date on tech and platform updates through continuous learning.
- Collaborate with team members to test and improve performance using the platform.
- Become an expert on the InEvent product, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Pre-Requisites:
- Fluent German and English language proficiency for effective written and verbal communication with global customers.
- Experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
- Background in SaaS or tech companies.
- Outstanding communication skills, empathy, and adaptability.
- Flexibility to work EMEA hours, between Tuesday and Saturday, 3am-11am Eastern Time.
- Resilience to continuously learn in a dynamic startup environment.
