
Customer Relationship Management Expert

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to oversee the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of our CRM system.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
- Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
