About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join THE WORX team in Pakistan. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage and maintain relationships with key accounts in the territory.
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
  • To provide sales and marketing support to the team.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in sales and account management. You will be required to work closely with the sales engineering team to ensure technical training and certification of CSP's on THE WORX product portfolio.
