The Enterprise Account Development Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. Focusing on three to five key accounts, the incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and assigned strategic objectives.
The Enterprise Account Development Manager represents the entire range of company services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
