About the Role

The SMB Outbound Account Executive role involves working with the largest revenue stream – small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

">

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for prospecting new business, making outbound calls, and refining your skills consistently.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • High-volume cold calling, prospecting new business, and making outbound calls.">
  • Demonstrating Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.">
  • Surveying prospects to understand pain points within their business.">
  • Educating fleet managers and drivers about Motive, understanding their requirements, and helping them get started with Motive.">
  • Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and providing accurate forecasts for revenue.">
  • Developing a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably with B2B international clients.

">

Strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and rapidly growing your book over time is required.

">

Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and history of working independently with a data-driven mindset are essential.

">

Best-in-class communication skills and Bachelor's Degree and/or exposure to US/UK/Canada B2B customers are required.
