Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to gather data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing to capitalize on selling opportunities. This role involves building relationships with key thought leaders to influence the acceptance and use of our company's products.

This is a permanent individual contributor position that requires 80% fieldwork in Lahore, covering Central and North Pakistan. The ideal candidate will identify strategic business opportunities in Blood Banks and collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams to drive growth.

  • Drive customer development, awareness, and sales targets.
  • Promote high medical value tests to clinicians/doctors through regular direct engagement and marketing activities.
  • Exceed sales target in your region while regularly monitoring sales performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A medical graduate and Master in Business Administration (Preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in In-vitro Diagnostics industry.
  • A mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working with deep analysis of commercial data.
  • High computer literacy in MS Office and technical ability.
  • Strong verbal and written English language and presentation/facilitation skills.
