This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Specialist at EVO9X in Lahore. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of client experience.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet clients' needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field from LUMS, LSE, BNU, IBA, or FC University.
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems for data entry and navigation of CRM software.
- Customer Support and Service skills.
- Experience in ensuring Client Satisfaction and Experience.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
