Job Summary
Zuriador is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and brand alignment
- Track and report on personal sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
- Support operational functions including logistics and administration
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized client service
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction
- Drive sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Shopify systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering client-centric service
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Able to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a high-pressure environment
