Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction by listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Requirements:
  1. 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven track record of success in business development.
  4. Hands-on experience with CRM software.
  5. Good marketing and negotiating capabilities.
