Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Fitness Center Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient management of labor resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, leave, and advances.
- Conduct hiring and firing processes in accordance with established procedures.
- Implement safety procedures and manage related documentation.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate labor department matters, including EOBI, social security, WAPDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee housekeeping, factory security, and transport functions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Create monthly duty rosters for all departments.
- Manage absenteeism and prepare salary sheets as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong skills in labor handling and management.
- Effective interaction and communication skills with department heads and employees.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and ISO requirements.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
