- HRIS Systems: Manage HR information systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.\
- Project Management: Lead projects to improve HR processes and efficiency.\
- Change Management: Implement changes to HR policies and procedures to drive business results.\
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.\
