Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expansion, and revenue generation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development.
  • 2 years of sales & marketing experience in the IT industry.
  • Graduate or Master's degree.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
