
HR and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an HR and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative operations and providing top-notch human resources support.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with new hire information and manage employee data effectively.
- Create and disseminate guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll data, including bank accounts and working days, to ensure timely payment and compliance.
- Publish and remove job advertisements as needed to fill vacant positions.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates accordingly.
- Hire qualified candidates based on departmental requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, such as total hires by department, to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop training and onboarding materials to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Oversee maintenance work, including civil, electrical, plumbing, renovation, and office assets at multiple locations.
- Manage grocery and stationary supplies for executives and office staff to maintain a comfortable working environment.
- Ensure the office ambiance is conducive to meetings and daily operations.
- Regularly update records of company assets and documents.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Good typing speed to efficiently manage paperwork and data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and present data accurately.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
