Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Resolution and Support Professional to join our team at ibex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by resolving their queries and concerns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer issues related to electronic fund transfers
  • Analyzing customer concerns and providing timely resolutions
  • Coordinating inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions
  • Maintaining knowledge of customer requirements and providing relevant guidance
  • Providing customers with guidelines based on set procedures and regulations
  • Referring unresolved customer complaints or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Requirements

  • O Levels/Matriculation or higher
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Age limit: 18-45 years
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
