Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Resolution and Support Professional to join our team at ibex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by resolving their queries and concerns.
Main Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues related to electronic fund transfers
- Analyzing customer concerns and providing timely resolutions
- Coordinating inbound customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Maintaining knowledge of customer requirements and providing relevant guidance
- Providing customers with guidelines based on set procedures and regulations
- Referring unresolved customer complaints or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Requirements
- O Levels/Matriculation or higher
- Excellent command of the English language
- Age limit: 18-45 years
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
