
Upwork Sales and Business Development Specialist

Vortex Grow is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new projects and clients on the Upwork platform. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence on platforms like Upwork.
- Understand job listings and promptly apply with well-written proposals and competitive bids.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our client base.
- Create customized proposals that meet each client's specific needs.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that align with our business objectives.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
