About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer retention unit, you will be responsible for engaging with customers at risk of cancellation or renewal.
Your Mission
As a Customer Retention Specialist, your primary objective is to maintain high retention rates by providing exceptional service and offering effective solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to resolve issues and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize proactive retention techniques to turn cancellations into opportunities for growth and development.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Buid lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct negotiations that are fair to both the customer and the company.
- Promptly address customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our UK team, sharing updates on customer interactions to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers.
- The ability to multitask and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude to adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to knowledge retention to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
