D·engage is a leading provider of MarTech solutions, dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve maximum results from their digital marketing efforts. We are seeking a highly skilled Account Retention Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth, developing and executing plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower customers to fully utilize our software.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, taking proactive steps to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership teams, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:

Must have qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and proactively offer solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on details.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
