Senior Sales Director Role

We seek a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales process from initial prospecting to contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers in the US time zone to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement a sales playbook that outlines key strategies, tactics, and metrics for success.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks or challenges that impact sales performance, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and drive growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in closing complex enterprise deals in SaaS or PaaS environments.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience in a related field.
  • A builder's mindset, with a track record of identifying gaps and creating solutions to drive business growth.
  • A proven ability to take ownership of sales targets, meeting or exceeding goals without excuses.
  • A results-driven attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle.
