
HR and Administration Specialist

This position is responsible for managing the company's recruiting, learning and development of employees' performance programs, as well as administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Human Resource Department and be able to make strategic decisions for the company to hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Key Responsibilities- Create referral programs and oversee the hiring processes.
- Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels to search pool of candidates.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates and issuing employment contracts.
- Ensure due diligence process of candidate regarding professional background and reference checks.
- In timely repair & maintenance of equipment & assets while maintaining its record.
- Liaison with local and government sectors i.e. utilities and other relevant departments.
- Purchase of stationery, office grocery and other miscellaneous items and its proper distribution according to defined requisition approval procedure.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and related fields (MBA in HRM is preferred).
- 4-5 Years relevant experience as an HR and Admin Manager (essential).
- Familiarity with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
