Job Description:
We are seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will assist the HR Manager in the overall preparation and administration of HR policies, staff recruitment, performance evaluation, maintaining employee-related information, and managing overall affairs of the Admin department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field in a well-reputed organization. You should also have knowledge of HRIS working and strong analytical and organizational skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently on assigned projects and tasks and be able to work in a team environment with other teams.
