Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective post-sales support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Resolve sales-related queries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a positive reputation for our organization.

- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their bookings and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to post-sales, resulting in a consistent client experience.

- Gather feedback from clients and use it to identify areas for improvement in our products or services.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client relations, sales support, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and resolutions.

- Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus.
