Human Resources Manager Role Overview

Job Summary

This is a key position responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Plan and conduct employee performance appraisals, develop appraisal tools, and provide regular feedback to senior managers.
  • Design and manage in-house training programs for both technical and non-technical staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage personnel records, files, and reports accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement a centralized recruiting process to attract top talent and reduce turnover rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English and Urdu languages.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, including employment law, benefits administration, compensation management, employee relations, training and development, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Drive, to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
