Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top-tier talent across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
  2. Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
  5. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Draft and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  8. Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  9. Promote a positive candidate experience and enhance the employer brand.
  10. Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for internal use.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a multi-industry environment.
  • Proven track record of filling mid-to-senior level roles across various sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
