Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Sybrid (Pvt) Ltd - A Lakson Group Company. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective customer experience strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor operations to ensure safe and sound delivery of customer service within committed time frames.
