PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  1. Responsible for maximizing regional sales and revenue with an increased focus on customer satisfaction.
  2. Delivers regional business performance by managing design, construction, and operations of the local access network, and ensures the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Local Access Network
  • Propose local access network plan in conjunction with CTO and divisional heads, authorize and oversee construction of access network.
  • Operate and maintain local network by closely monitoring performance of divisions.
Oversee Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage customer satisfaction level in the region.
  • Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints.
  • Ensure that product is installed on time.
Generate Sales
  • Retain and increase the subscriber base.
  • Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at the regional level.
Monitor Operational Performance
  • Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.
  • Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
Manage Facilities
  • Ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
Control Activities
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through cost-efficient controls.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Undertake Performance Management
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

PRIMARY KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Restore networks within stipulated timeframe.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
  • Reduce registered faults within specified timeframe.
  • Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
  • Provide quality service to customers.

SECONDARY KPIs

  • Evaluate subordinate performance.
  • Succeed divisional revamp projects.
