Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by achieving targets and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Rationalize discounts in the market, utilize promotions intelligently, and enhance company net sales revenue.
  • Create new outlets and retain existing ones as per target and area potential, increasing numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Ensure accurate data in sales information systems and conduct regular audits.
  • Analyze SFE KPIs and adjust area routes or frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Presellers.
  • Achieve daily planned calls, spend ample time-in-market, and coach Presellers on a 10-step call process.
  • Discuss Execution Scores by outlets with Presellers and highlight gaps to ensure In-Outlet Execution as per PicOS and RED criteria.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity in the assigned area, suggesting ways to counter them.
  • Supervise optimal utilization of Company's Assets in the market, including Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material, etc.
  • Manage In-outlet investment with an optimal mix of Discounts, DME, Assets, and Activation.
  • Enhance cooler throughput and reduce non-productive coolers, monitoring equipment efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
