We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic HR team.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific requirements for each role
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
