About the Position:

Chase IT Global is expanding its RPO division, seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and client acquisition.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Sales Efforts: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and expand our client base.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  3. Sales Presentations: Create compelling pitches and deliver effective presentations to showcase the value proposition of our RPO solutions.
  4. Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
  5. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals, onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless integration into our operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment, RPO, BPO, or staffing services
  • Proactive sales attitude, enjoying cold calling, pursuing leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients
  • Strong communication skills, confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented mindset, exceling under KPIs and achieving sales targets
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM/ATS, and email automation for outreach
