**Job Opportunity:**

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of this position involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference/background checks.
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and initial training for new hires.
  • Handle exit formalities including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially in technical and field hiring.
  • Strong exposure to hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
