Job Description:- This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a client service expert, providing technical support to clients and customers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our services.
- The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and other teams within the company.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues as per company policies.
- Gathering customer feedback and providing suggestions for improvements to products and services is also a key responsibility of this role.
- The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including EOBI, Provident Fund and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- The successful candidate will also be eligible for appreciation-based rewards and bi-annual increments, as well as performance-based increments on salary.
