Senior Customer Experience Manager

R&I Electrical Appliances is looking for a seasoned SCEM to oversee the entire customer experience journey. This key role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, driving team performance, and developing strategies to improve overall customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing customer experience strategy: Create and implement comprehensive plans to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  2. Leading the SCE team: Manage and guide a team of SCE representatives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Improving operational efficiency: Analyze processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, resulting in enhanced productivity and reduced costs.
