
Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners and channels to achieve market leadership and sustainable business growth for the region. The incumbent should also work closely with external and internal stakeholders in driving sales and marketing activities effectively to achieve the sales target.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute channel sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.
- Spearhead the development of new partners and channels, focusing on driving CIS solutions with the respective organization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in proactively defining and driving sales/marketing activities which include identifying market opportunities and threats, monitoring competition activities, and executing commercial activities such as launching new products to the market successfully in a timely manner to add value to our customers' business requirements.
- Utilize various sales tools, including Salesforce.com, in mapping sales efficiency as well as sales activities and target tracking to increase visibility for sales prospects and revenue progression.
- Gain and capitalize on market knowledge to help the distributor in working out their sales tactics while partnering with Global marketing, pre-sales technical service, and CIS team.
- Network in Industry Events and Trade Shows to assess potential customers and new channel partners as well as the market competition and technology evolution in the region.
- Support Integrators & OEMs whenever necessary with local distributors and develop RTM strategy for these partners.
