About the Job

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for adjusting content of sales presentations, focusing sales efforts, submitting orders, and keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports. He/She will also be responsible for monitoring competition, recommending changes in products and services, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining professional and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and obtain orders.
  • Establish new accounts and adjust content of sales presentations.

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
