Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing event coordination, data management, and publication oversight, ensuring the unit's efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the role will contribute to nationwide outreach efforts, promoting undergraduate programs to potential students.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the execution of in-person and virtual events to align with goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure efficient delivery for events.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
  4. Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for analysis and reporting purposes.
  5. Manage publications, including yearly updates and printing of materials. Communicate with relevant schools for content updates.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication.
  7. Participate in the annual outreach program, traveling nationwide to schools and colleges to market undergraduate programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh to maximum 01 year of experience.
  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
