Job Responsibilities:- Business Development: Initiate businesses from online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer.
- Cold Calls: Attract new competitive quotes through cold calls to generate new business.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess knowledge of web development and business development.
- Client Acquisition: Understand client requirements and acquisition.
- Proposal Writing: Write proposals and set up a portfolio on websites for formal virtual interaction with clients.
- Bidding Portals: Impressive knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flair for business development.
- IT Terminologies: Good knowledge of IT terminologies.
- Language: Proficient in speaking English.
- Performance Incentives: Performance-based incentives.
- Extra-Curricular Activities: Extra-curricular activities.
