About the Position:

Hireright is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to join our team in the North region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development:

    You will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the North region. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

  2. Tendering and Sales Planning:

    The role requires preparation and participation in tendering processes, as well as sales planning and forecasting. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.

  3. Leadership and Team Management:

    You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals. This includes providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team meets its sales targets and delivers exceptional results.

Key Requirements:
  • Candidates' Background:

    Candidates from a power generation or backup power generation background are eligible to apply. A strong understanding of the industry and its challenges is essential.

  • Leadership and Communication Skills:

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
