About the Position

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to fill the role of Lead Call Centre Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our call centre operations team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational control and standardize processes to optimize resource utilization.
  • Explore new revenue streams and generate innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Requirements

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in managing large direct sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in recruiting and retaining high-performance sales teams.
  • Proficient in developing and coaching team members.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
