Job Overview:

  4. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and employees.
  6. Maintain accurate records and databases.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  3. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).
